About Midtown OS

Midtown OS is building a focused Business HQ for entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them. The current release centers on a multi-tenant workspace, CRM, tasks, and human-support requests.

Our mission is to make practical operational work easier to organize in one connected Business HQ. Mia, the Midtown Intelligent Assistant, helps orient current operations and customer relationship work; funding, education, workspace services, and partner capabilities remain discovery-led until available.

We believe AI should expand access to capable business guidance without replacing human expertise or professional advice. Midtown OS can record a human-support request for Midtown review; availability and any partner involvement depend on the request.

The long-term goal is a modular ecosystem where businesses and support organizations can collaborate through shared Midtown infrastructure. That future direction is not a promise that every module or service is available today.
